Women, who are obese, end up with problems with their menstrual cycle, infertility and reproduction.

People with obesity also suffer from psychological and social problems. America is a kind of society where women are regarded as beautiful only if they are slim, and this makes the people with extra pounds on the body feel depressed.

The fact is that the obese people are not lazy or gluttons, but they are discriminated at schools, offices and social gatherings on this criterion. This makes the obese people feel rejected, depressed and shameful.

The medicos say that a person with 30 or more BMI can get rid of obesity with proper diet consisting of foods which are of low fat, and exercising on a regular basis.
