Erectile Disfunction Exercises

There are easy exercises that can not only help men restore erections, but can even prevent erectile dysfunction from occurring in the first place. It has been scientifically proven that exercising the muscles of the pelvic floor can be as effective as taking performance enhancing drugs.

So how do you do these exercises? This you can be done by simultaneously holding the urine and not letting any wind pass from the anus, while standing in front of a mirror. Contract for about 3 to 5 seconds and notice your penis retract while your testicles elevate. This scrotal elevation and retraction of the penis are crucial while doing the exercises mentioned below. The exercises are easy and can be done while watching TV, relaxing, walking around at home or even outside. Remember, you must not clench your buttocks or hold your breath at any time. If you are suffering from erectile dysfunction, it could take 3 to 6 months for the muscles on the pelvic floor to strengthen. Even when the problem is solved, continue doing a few each day.

Erectile Dysfunction Exercises:

Lie down on the floor or on a bed or sofa with your face up and feet flat, but the knees slightly apart and bent. Tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor with as much strength you can muster, and hold for up to 10 seconds only. Relax for around ten seconds and repeat thrice. Do this twice daily.

Sit straight on a chair but do not rest your back against it. Tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor as though you are trying to elevate your testicles. Hold the position for around ten seconds, relax for another 10 seconds and repeat three times, ideally twice daily.

Stand naked in front of a long mirror, tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor and watch your testicles elevate and your penis retract. Hold the position no longer than ten seconds, and then relax for ten seconds. The exercise should be repeated three times and done two times in a day.
