Breast fed babies have the best immune system in the world. The first day after your baby is born you may not feel any milk coming. Give it a couple of days and everything will fall into place.
The head of the baby seems longer when it is vaginal birth because the baby is literally being squeezed out of the birth canal. Do not worry because the head will come back to its shape.
When babies are come out, they are completely be covered with slimy substance. So be prepared and do not expect to see a soft toy.

When your baby is a newborn, he or she will have a lot of pimply rashes all over the face. Do not touch them or squeeze them as they will go away on their own.
A baby’s head may be sometimes covered with white or yellowish dandruff like substance called cradle cap. Even this disappears in a few weeks. So, do not get upset on seeing this rash.
